American Eagle Realty is located at 2688 Dune Drive in the Borough of Avalon which shares the island with the Borough of Stone Harbor. Our island is often referred to as "Seven Mile Beach Island". We are members of the Cape May County Association of Realtors and have access to all sale listings through the Cape May County Multiple Listing Service as well as all sale listings through the South Jersey Shore Regional Multiple Listing Service.

Avalon and Stone Harbor are seashore resort communities. To our East is the Atlantic Ocean; to our West is the Intercoastal Waterway. We are located just North of the Wildwoods and approximately 30 minutes South of Atlantic City. Although our primary marketplace is Avalon, Stone Harbor and Sea Isle City, we also transact business throughout all of Cape May County.
